Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was in Burkina Faso on the latest stop of his four-country tour of West Africa. Moscow has been attempting to strengthen its ties across the African continent. On Wednesday, Lavrov announced additional military supplies and instructors to help build up Burkina Faso's defence capabilities.
