The US and UN are deeply troubled by escalating violence in the region.
In the world's largest refugee camp, Rohingya face new insecurities as rival groups vie for dominance, leading to abductions and violence.
The Bangladesh government refuses more Rohingya entry, while the UN warns of an impending mass killing.
