Sajith Premadasa has conceded to his rival Gotabaya Rajapaksa in Sri Lanka's Presidential election.
Around half of the votes have been counted so far and there has not been an official result but Premadasa has offered his congratulations.
Counting is still underway, but Rajapaksa has declared victory as early results put him in the lead.
